Who we are
Tiki Turtle (“the app”) is made by Gamma Nest, the kids’ studio of Societatea cu Răspundere Limitată "GAMMA IT SOLUTIONS" (GAMMA IT SOLUTIONS, SRL), IDNO 1025600055699, MD-2001, str. Melestiu, 26/10, ap. 105, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
Licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for your family’s private, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell, modify or redistribute the app or its content (characters, pictures, sounds, texts). All rights in the app and its content belong to us or our licensors.
Purchases
The app can be downloaded for free and includes free games. Other games are one-time in-app purchases — a single game, an island bundle or everything at once. There are no subscriptions. Prices are shown in Google Play before you confirm. Purchases are made with your Google account and can be restored on your devices with the same account.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies. If something doesn’t work, write to support@gammanest.app — we will help.
Children and parents
The app is made for children aged 1 to 5 playing with a parent’s permission. Purchases, settings and external links are only available to adults, behind a parental gate. Parents are responsible for purchases made from their account and for choosing screen-time settings that suit their child.
Privacy
We collect no personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
The app “as is”
We work hard to make the app safe, stable and kind, and we update it from time to time — we may add, change or remove features. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date and version number.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
